The ZC-8TD electronic grain counter is our company's latest product, boasting advantages such as wide application range, high production efficiency, and multi-functionality. This machine can be used for capsules, soft capsules, tablets (including irregularly shaped tablets), pills, candies, and cereal seeds. It also meets the requirements of the National Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceuticals.
This machine adopts high-dust-resistant photoelectric counting technology, which can count and dispense pills and tablets with a diameter of less than 20 mm, and is also compatible with capsules of size 000-5, soft capsules, and unpackaged tablets with a diameter of 5.5-22 mm. It can be bottled, boxed, and bagged, fully complying with GMP requirements, and is particularly suitable for research institutions, hospitals, newly established small pharmaceutical factories, and health product factories.
1.计数高准确性：电子数粒机采用多年自主研发独家系统，结合PLC触摸屏控制，计数精准，抗干扰性强,装瓶误差率小于国家标准。
2.机身材质好： 机身材料采用不锈钢材质，抗污防腐，易于维护。接触部分均采用不低于SUS304不锈钢材质接触面，结构采用“灵活结构”，无需工具可徒手拆除日常需要清洁的构件，极方便清洁，避免物料粉末长期留滞接触面造成污染，此结构已取得 国家认证“一种易于清洁的数粒机”专利。
3.使用便利，操作简单： 采用智能化设计，各种运行参数可以统一在触摸屏中进行设置，具有快速升降功能，根据物料容器规格，可以快速调整轨道宽度，按键调整机器高度。
4.可视化信息交互：采用触摸屏人机交互界面，界面为极简风格，信息传递清晰明了，易设置易操作。
5.高抗粉尘结构： 采用本公司的抗高粉尘光电传感技术，在高粉尘的情况下一样可以稳定工作，在通道端部有排尘孔设计，能够极大剔除物料中的粉尘。
6、适用性强： 本机可用于胶囊、软胶囊、片剂（包括异形片）、丸剂、糖果、谷物种子类产品，无需开发模具。
7、不伤物料：8通道振动均匀下料、特有的翻板分装机构下料、出料均匀平稳。
8、智能化程度高：自动检测输送轨道中空瓶状态，缺瓶光电传感器自动检测，具有无瓶不数，自动停机故障自检等多项检测报警控制功能。
9、维护方便：操作人员只需简单培训即可操作，拆卸、清洗、更换部件简单方便，不需工具。
10、独特结构：特殊结构的漏嘴，能防止堵药，瓶口小的药瓶也能快速装瓶（选配）。
